Grenson was single handedly launched by the late William Green in 1866. It was an immediate success and twenty years later Grenson relocated to a larger premises to keep up with growing demand. Today, the factory is on the same Queen Street and is the heart of the Northampton shoe industry. With over 150 years of shoe making experience, Grenson is known for its high-quality, durable shoes. The pioneers of the Goodyear welting construction method, for years Grenson shoes have paved  the way for innovation in the shoe making industry. We offer a huge selection of the iconic Grenson heritage styles as well as modern twists on the classic handcrafted shoes. Renowned for their style and durability, Grenson uses only the finest leathers and material to create their shoes, with each pair taking six weeks to produce.
