United Kingdom (UK)

You can order an exchange or book a UK subsidised return (£3.50) through Royal Mail Tracked 48 up to 28 days after purchase:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return items whilst in transit.

Europe/International

You can book a European return via our logistics partner Global-E via the link below. Note the rates vary by Country Book a Global-E Europe Return

USA

We don’t currently have a returns option in place due to amended customs regulations.

Refunds – How long do I need to wait?

We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
