Returns & Exchanges We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund items that are returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in the same condition that it was received and with the tags still attached.


In case of returning or exchanging items the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes. If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, please contact us. Please note that underwear is non-returnable and that swimwear must have all labels and hygiene protectors intact.

I want to return an item
1. In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently please use the returns form on the reverse of the dispatch note.


2. Send the item back with the completed returns form to:

Once the item has been received back at our warehouse please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be approved and processed. Note this is the maximum time you will have to wait, most returns are processed within this time period. Please note it can take up to 4 working day's for the funds to appear back no your card depending on your card provider.
The original postage and return postage cost are not refundable. In case of an exchange or return the customer is responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

Damage during transit
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
